Command line options/flags

The Knights program should have some command line flags:

• windowed or full screen mode.
• config file/directory to use.
• "test mode" where a specific map segment is loaded for testing. This would be used by the map editor so that you could test your creations out in the game (the map editor would save the rooms file to a temporary directory, then call the knights executable with appropriate flags, to start up a "test game" using the chosen segment).
