Winner/Loser screen: add indicator to show who has clicked mouse

When the game goes to the Winner/Loser screen it waits until all players have clicked mouse before going back to the menu. There should be indicators to show who has clicked so far.

Also perhaps it should time out after 30 seconds or so (in case someone has left the computer or something).

"(Ready)" now appears after the player name (in the player list) when the player has clicked mouse to continue. Also, the winner/loser screen now times out after 60 seconds.
