Using mouse wheel / arrow keys to change quest settings doesn't work

Using the mouse wheel (or arrow keys) to adjust the quest selection dropdowns doesn't work. The dropdown setting changes, but the rest of the dropdowns don't change to match the new setting.

I think I will just disable mousewheel use completely for the quest dropdowns, as otherwise people could abuse it (someone could quickly whizz through all the quest settings using the mousewheel, and create a lot of message spam that way). I'll allow the arrow keys though (for now at least).
